It is designed as a sequence of exercises using the body as a whole to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body. It improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscle symmetry while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Pilates is for everyone from youth to mature; from exercise novice to athlete.

All lessons are 55 minutes.
Private lessons - one on one instruction focusing on your goals and health considerations.

- $60.00/ lesson with a package of 5 lessons ($300.00)
- $55.00/ lesson with a package of 10 lessons ($550.00)
Duet lessons - 2 people in a session
- $40.00/ lesson per person
- $35.00/ lesson per person with a package of 10 lessons ($350.00)
Trio lessons - 3 people in a session
- $35.00/ lesson per person
- $30.00/ lesson per person with a package of 10 lessons ($300.00)
Quartet or more - 4 plus people in a session
- $30.00/ lesson per person
- $25.00/ lesson per person with a package of 10 ($250.00)
Cancelation Policy:
All class/lessons cancelations require a 24 hour notice or the full value of the class/lesson will be charged.
